Onsite Construction, Contract Administration and Documentation
What is Onsite Documentation?
These documents serve several purposes. These documents translate the needs to the owner or developer into a buildable format that can be universally understood within the construction industry.
What is Onsite Construction?
Harrison, together with the construction team, ensures the necessary Health & Safety issues are completed prior to commencement on site.

Why is Onsite Construction Important?
Our involvement in the Onsite Construction phase is important to us to ensure we are delivering on the standards we have set for ourselves, and our shared vision is being realsied.
We carry out regular site visits to inspect the quality of the work and adherence to the drawings and specifications.
Input can vary from a light-touch site attendance to full project management organising the construction team and the wider team including the end-users and operations teams.

How Harrison Manages Onsite Construction
Our project management service includes chairing site meetings and general co-ordination of the construction team.
Harrison specialists at this stage include both Designers and Technical staff.
Invariably site development will include both design elements and general technical construction detailing.
The designers ensure adherence to the general finishes and design specifications, whereas technical staff monitor ongoing compliance with construction detailing.
Harrison will continue to engage positively with the wider team with respect to any ongoing Health & Safety issues at this stage.
Harrison services include monitoring of the final stages through to pre-handover inspections, Practical Completion and Handover to the client. Defects visits and snagging review visits can be included in the service too.
Contract Administration is an important phase for a project.
Harrison will administer the contract for construction through the process of RFI responses to the contractor, Value Engineering, Change Order reviews and approvals, Pay application reviews and approvals, site observations, shop drawing reviews and approvals, weekly project meetings and assist with the preparation of the snagging list.
