Harrison were invited to pitch for developing a new Latin American casual dining food concept in a new beach side development in Dubai. The concept and development was to be created working with a renowned executive chef Neil Whitney.
The Latin American eatery Poco Loco, featured a two-story 6000 sq.ft. space which included a terrace looking across to The Beach. Its vibrantly colourful interiors were exclusively designed to pay homage to the brand’s Aztec and Inca-inspired cultural themes. The open plan ‘Latin-Chic’ restaurant also features an open kitchen, rich textured layering, authentic salvaged timber materials and a mocktail bar and cigar lounge. The upstairs bar overlooks the beach front and commands fabulous views of the marina.
